How paying for StayPut works — quotes, invoices, payment methods, tax exemption, and shipping.
When you order hardware for a trip, StayPut generates a quote that becomes an invoice when you’re ready to pay. You can pay by credit card for instant confirmation, or submit a purchase order if your organization pays by PO. Everything lives on the Billing page of your dashboard and on each trip’s Billing tab.
Tax-exempt organizations can submit their documentation once and have it applied to future invoices, and your shipping address controls where hardware orders are delivered.
